1. Account Terms

By creating an account on vForm, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use vForm.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use vForm to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Collect or process personal data without proper consent or legal basis.
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content through qualification forms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to vForm. We may perform scheduled maintenance, deploy updates, or experience downtime due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into vForm, including form configurations, qualification criteria, and business rules. We claim no ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Conversation transcripts, audio recordings, and qualification results generated by the AI agent on your behalf are considered your data. You may export or delete this data at any time through your account settings.

5. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vForm and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

7. AI-Generated Content

vForm uses artificial intelligence to generate conversation responses and qualification assessments. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying qualification results before making business decisions based on them.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the service. Continued use of vForm after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
