  • Billing information: Payment details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our AI lead qualification services.
  • Process transactions and send related billing communications.
  • Generate lead qualification scores and structured data for your CRM.
  • Send transactional emails such as team invitations and account notifications.
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the product experience.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate vForm:

  • OpenAI / Anthropic: AI language models for conversation generation and lead qualification analysis.
  • ElevenLabs: Text-to-speech for voice-based qualification sessions.
  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
  • SendGrid: Transactional email delivery.
  • Twilio: Telephony services for phone-based qualification.
  • Google Cloud: Application hosting and infrastructure.

Each third-party service processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Conversation transcripts and audio recordings are retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 90 days of account closure. Billing records are retained as required by applicable law.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

You have the right to:
